You're saying the shirt isn't offensive in the USA, or "shouldn't" (the quotes are not needed) be because you aren't offended.
Your lawyer won't get you anything except a bill. Many industries have dress codes.
The glaringly obvious grammatical and spelling mistakes have been corrected in
red; there are others, but I couldn't be bothered.
I still believe there would be a worthwhile battle to be fought here.
