Believe me, hes not going to CAL based on his massive 121 experience and his vast knowledge of the SAAB. Like I said TPIC is golden but not a guaranteed anything. I know a lot of guys with 1,000's of hrs of TPIC that don't get calls, he knew the right person. I do not. There are a lot of people over at CAL that have 0 TPIC time. Not saying I am going to get there without but if you think you get 1,000hrs of TPIC is going to get you in a door somewhere, not even close. I had the opportunity to stay at Colgan, I knew full well I would have accumulated the Turbine PIC time quicker there, but I didnt want to upgare there, simple as that
