We recently hired two SIC that had around 800 hours total with their multi commercial. That seems to be the norm. However I was hired at 1700~ hours with a couple hundred hours of pc12 PIC time as a SIC to learn the position and upgraded about 3 months later so it varies on the time but I’d say 800-1200 hours is the sweet spot. ( fun fact I made a tad more as an SIC at Quest than I did as a pc12 PIC at my last job)
