SJD, PVR, etc. Easiest way to think of it is the water example or look it up in the FOM. I like to keep it simple if we can though
Man; I did a CLT-GCM (Grand Caymen) overnight, GCM-MIA, then a MIA-SJU turn during IOE. Guess what... Neither Grand Caymen nor San Juan were considered International! LOL. So I had to turn around and do a CLT-SBJ (Montego Bay) turn to complete International IOE. Go figure...
That was cool and fine by me though, I needed all the IOE I could get!
