This right here...ABX has been offered OMNI numbers which are more than ATI. The catch is we would also have to accept their (ATI/OMNI) DC match (lower), scheduling rules (none), disability pay (lower), scope (none), JRM day reimbursement, (we have increased pay plus day back), no reassignment pay, the list goes on and on. Basically all areas of both contracts that suck other than pay which is mediocre. We are not willing to do that.
