That’s how you run the operation with fewer pilots than the competition. PBS concentrates most of the quality of life into the top 30% of any four part bit status. So if you’re interested in having some control over your schedule make sure you stick to that. Below 30% count on working some weekends and some major holidays. Below 50%, most weekends and all holidays.
