Statements like that make me think we will never have an industry leading contract. The bare a&& minimum for any hotel should be a 4 star rating. Atrium is 3 at best. The restaurant is disgusting. The hallways probably have every form of debilitating mold buried in the nasty old carpets. “Tolerable” might be an ok description for the Atrium if you have low standards but “awesome??” Come on man...have some self respect
