Anybody know if compression socks help with that, maybe improve circulation in the extremities?
The average foot sweats 4 oz per day and can sweat as much as 8 oz. Get yourself some moisture wicking socks made of high quality fabric. Maybe you can find moisture wicking compression socks and cover all your bases. Truthfully I think the compression socks are overkill. The number one way to prevent DVT is proper hydration. That not only keeps the blood vessels healthy, it has the added benefit of making is move around every couple hours.
