Doesn't seem to matter much. They hire based on statistics, and I don't think they differentiate between glass cockpit and old skool turboprops.

People definitely get hired with prop time only (121 is way better in that regard), but statistically you're at a disadvantage. Something to consider, but I wouldn't necessarily rule it out completely.
