F9 is the obvious choice if we are staying in CO I guess...unless there is a compelling reason to commute for Spirit. I'm open minded at this point.
NK and F9 both signed near industry trailing contracts and the differences are a rounding error over the course of your career. I applied to both and was going to the first one that offered. NK called first so here I am.
If NK offers the job I'd take it and still apply to F9. If F9 calls then take a hard look at making that switch. A ULCC job and living in Colorado isn't all that bad brother.
Good luck either way and don't ignore the 401(k) direct. Even at our poor rates it's adding up quick and will provide a nice retirement.
