. There are lots of hiring practices that are not conductive to hiring the best candidates, but it is what it is. "Bridge" programs, flows (like we had with CPZ), etc...

This paid CPT program is another revenue to Delta. Delta can hire them before and put them through the cpt program, like any other company do.
