Previous company I worked for allowed you to switch bases with another pilot outside of normal upgrade bids. Just had to post it for 30 days and if someone senior to you wanted the trade they could take it and then would restart the 30 day timer. Allowed people to base swap without ruining the seniority aspect of bidding for bases.
