Don’t mind me. I’m just bitter because I got the degree and I’m at spirit anyway so it was clearly useless.

We have many great pilots without degrees. Getting them to understand that they are great and deserve an industry leading contract is another story.

I've only met a handful of pilots here with no degree hired within the last few years. Obviously it's much more commonplace at the regionals, and if you work for one of AA's subsidiaries then you don't even need one to get a legacy job.
