Spirit wasn’t a real option when most of us started flying so did those not getting the degree plan on flying at a regional for a career? Now we are the hot spot for all the slackers.
Don’t mind me. I’m just bitter because I got the degree and I’m at spirit anyway so it was clearly useless.
We have many great pilots without degrees. Getting them to understand that they are great and deserve an industry leading contract is another story.
Everyone's situation is different. Buying a degree right now is not in my financial cards.
