It's kind of hard to tell with reserve your seniority people in the mix, but I believe STL/DEN/ORD are all possible to hold within 4-6 weeks after IOE at the most. The most 'junior' base shifts around every few months with the needs of the company and where United moves flying around to. Seems right now they are sending people in training to STL or ORD, but I do not believe the wait for Denver to be particularly long. The one exception is RDU - that one is a longggg wait.

There seems to be a lot of movement, and that helps keep wait times low.
