Hopefully that's the action people take. I don't want to see good pilots leave here, but how else will the company (XJT & United) get the message? A TBNT letter from our only "partner" is the equivalent of them saying we're not good enough to have dinner with them, but why don't you be a good sport and cook our dinner anyway?
