Since Republic is owned by all three legacies, is Republic working on a substantial career path program for their pilots? Something other than a resume review?
It seems as though this is one area Republic is really lagging behind the industry on.
Ironic you ask, but apparently the company is sending out a survey to pilots tomorrow in regards to a career progression program.
Where this goes is anyone’s guess. I wouldn’t hold your breath for something groundbreaking.
