Every...single...pilot...down to the last one gets between 100-200 hrs per years in the USAF...that's standard. Only way you are pushing that is to do BACN deployment or something fancy that is going to turbo boost you for a couple months but that's about it.
About 6 years ago I was guard bumming and hustling hard. Did 534 hours that year.
