I've got around 2500 hrs in the 737, and 1000 in the CRJ. Systems are similar in complexity. Big difference is how the jets come down. If you're not 10,000AGL and 250KIAS 30nm from the numbers in a 737 then you're behind. Speed brakes are only marginally effective.
