Wait, can someone explain to me like I’m a 3rd grader? I had no idea about this. I thought you just had to give them 4 day blocks of reserve as a minimum. This is what I am getting so far:

- You can only have two blocks of X days on the 350? So if there are 14 X days available in the month you have to split them in 2 groups?

- It also sounds like you have to give them a 9 day block of reserve days?

So you can’t go “8 on 7 off“ then “8 on 7 off” again?
