Those guys know it's a filthy move, and it's not hard to figure out which pilot is doing it. Simply wait for them to pull that crap, fill out and issue form every time, get paid tons of money, filthy pilot stealing flying out of seniority order becomes a near memo and schedulers know he's a filthy beggar and not to feed a beggar.
It's not a "near contract violation" it is a clear violation. Put your issue forms it, watch it stop like magic in two months with 12-40 extra hours in your pocket.
