Staffing seems good in most seats. No issue grabbing it out of m/u bank.
It means you are likely working overtime (more days than awarded) for straight pay by picking up open time trips using your M/U bank. Ask any employee, unionized or otherwise, outside of aviation if they work extra days for straight pay. Pick a 20-30 year CA's brain next time you fly with one.
