He’s right—Aviate (CPP) is a joke. All new FOs should seriously look at AA WO regionals which guarantees you a slot at AA. Any pilot that says a lateral move is a bad idea is a big liar. They are not even pilots, but likely management personnel trying to scare you into staying at an airline that has no future. Are you willing to sacrifice millions of dollars in exchange for a small chance of going to United? United is using you as a sucker pilot and American treats you like a professional pilot.
