He’s right—Aviate (CPP) is a joke. All new FOs should seriously look at AA WO regionals which guarantees you a slot at AA. Any pilot that says a lateral move is a bad idea is a big liar. They are not even pilots, but likely management personnel trying to scare you into staying at an airline that has no future.
