What I find to be interesting is the fact AA pilots in general have little or no knowledge of F&H Solutions and Jerry Glass. Doug Parker has used them for years, very effectively. Until the pilot group has been educated about F&H, they won't really understand who actually runs the negotiations for the company, and very effectively from the shadows. It would behoove Eric Ferguson to make this information the topic of one of his blasts.
Visit their website. It's an eye opener. They are used on the Wholly Owned also, especially Piedmont.
