The pay is exactly what I came in expecting and accepted when I was hired. I'm glad I'm here and would come again.

Unexpectedly, the upgrade time has dropped to 1000 hours, which was the only main reason, upgrade was 7 years at the time, I wasn't sure about coming to Expressjet.

Expressjet remains one of the only options to an easy interview, start immediately, few delays if any in training, a great training program, only a few months on reserve, and then great scheduling once you hold a line. Then, upgrade at 1000 hours. Not sure which other regional airline offers all this.
This has been my experience so far as well. I understand that this isn't what a lot of my senior captains have experienced, but I'm enjoying the ride so far.
