Any pilot on the list with a seniority greater than 6 years has seen the company culture, contract, domiciles, types of equipment, brand....you name it, change (in a not so favorable way) from what was advertised when they took the job. Just because you are fresh and tolerant to the operation, currently, doesn’t mean it won’t become a reality for you down the road. Point fingers all you want. Come up with reasons why anyone that complains is just plain ole bitter and had 100% control over their career as a pilot. It’s your right to be that way. One day though...........well you’ll see.
