The crowds are moving up North. To avoid the high rents, you need to keep going North. In 15 years time you'll be forced to live inland to find cheap rent anywhere in Florida, if not sooner.
If you've ever been to Orlando then you know this has already happened. There is nothing cheap in Central Florida anymore at all.
