You have to commit to two years as a ground instructor and then you get assigned a class date as a new hire FO. I believe the Schedule 4-5 days a week of teaching.



I did initial in July and my instructor had 750 hours. He had been there 8 months already. He was flying a Ce150 building time on the weekends.
