I would suggest anyone on a phx overnight or AQP make an appointment with HR to double check their file. I did a few years ago and almost nothing was there. They will not send any information over the phone or email unfortunately.

United did say they would create a way for us to submit our own things to mitigate some things in our file. And a United mentor/point of contact to help keep that process smooth.
