Again, not saying NK is top tier or even on par with the big 3, however it’s not a bad place to be if ur stuck at cpz and have no nibbles from anyone else.

12% 401k contributions with an upgrade under 3 years. NK ain’t half bad. I’m certainly very happy with my decision to come here. So are a lot of fellow Compass pilots who I’ve been seeing around. Such a breath of fresh air from the regional game. QOL is pretty great so I can’t complain. If you don’t want to stick around, at least you get a new type and don’t have to ever sit ready reserve while waiting for your dream job.
