However, Envoy is known for becoming very picky and then very desperate. Give it until Q2 of next year and we will start hiring everyone and anyone again. The big 3 are looking to hire 1,000 plus each next year, not to mention LCCs and ULCCs.
Doesn't quite work that way. Folks getting hired have to meet AA standards and from there only the most qualified are selected. Not to worry. The line to get in for pipeline guys is long and only getting longer. No shortage of applicants. Just have to hire AA pilots.
