Why doesn’t the middle seats have air vents and overhead baggage bins? I was shocked to see flight attendants in the first class cabin trying to find space for first class customers. This did not go over we for the folks who couldn’t find space.
Because the people who make those decisions are office weenies who never step foot in an airplane. God forbid you solicit input from your line employees.
