You said there was zero planes flying out of ORD. Is that not factually incorrect?

Atlanta is not a hub, at least for United. It’s an outstation. Not sure why you use that as a comparison?

My point is that there’s enough pilots either trained or currently in training to staff over 30 175’s.

Yes it’s a combination of more aircraft also coming on line in addition to better utilization. Either way, with over 300 pilots the plane should be fully staffed at this point. Those sitting on reserve not flying will get used more but few if any new hires will be assigned it in training from here on out.
