If you were on a paid ticket, submitting feedback could actually make a difference as they do seem to listen to customer feedback, especially from the premium cabin.
I am very leery of submitting feedback when on a company paid for ticket. I am afraid of being "too honest" with my feedback to the point of my company terminating me.
But having Delta One customers fight over bin space ... STUUUUUPID.
