The purpose of AVIATE is the same as the CPP, get people to come to the UAX regionals, and especially XJT. Jeff/L-CAL made it such a miserable place to work, THEN made it even more miserable in the ASA buy/merge with SKW's money. XJT was hemorrhaging pilots like crazy and they needed a carrot dangle to not only keep pilots, but attract new pilots. Also, it was an attempt to make XJT's labor costs cheaper by clearing out higher longevity pilots. When version 1 of the CPP failed and morale dropped back to pre CPP levels, they came out with the "Streamlined CPP", when that didn't work it became the "Enhanced CPP" or whatever. Somehow people think that being 49% owned (or whatever) by us via the MANA Air shell game is going to fix things. Reading the email that buddy still there shared with me, management now wants concessions, UFB.
