Me too.
But your usual go to line is "well I fly with CA's that do the interviews and all the pilots that get turned down get turned for a reason blah blah blah...".
Which, of course, is true, IN SOME CASES.
But pilots have also been shot down for reasons you're only starting to acknowledge recently.
