We haven't had any luck and we are about 15-20K per year underpaid. We do have great benefits and a handsome bonus but, it isn't a guarantee. I'd rather have the salary increase versus the bonus. We fly a midsize aircraft over 450 hours a year with 4 pilots. I've been here for almost 10 years and have a nice schedule. I wouldn't have even thought about leaving a year ago but, I have come to the conclusion that there are something's I would like to have in my career. One is being just a number again, flying with different folks on every trip. I miss that, good old fashion standardization, following the rules and accountability. Part 91 isn't always the dream job. Look before you leap.
