Could you help explain scheduling? I'm not familiar with 4/3 or 8/6 regarding start days. Does that mean you start the same day every week and that start day of the week is consistent from one bid period to the next? For example, would a pilot plan to work every Sun - Wed or Thurs - Sun every week for the bid period? Is the start day bid by seniority or is that consistent from one bid period to the next? Thanks!
