I really couldn’t care about dropping on rsv although one block a month from the outside in would be nice. The inability to use my GD float vacation is utter BS. Also the 100% unstacking and RAP roulette is a joke. All this I still think rsv in base on the right RAP is some of the best QOL in the company. Now don’t get the right rap or get unstacked on your days and all bets are off.

As to the dropping to zero for lineholders I don’t see the company caring that much. As one person said it only has to be green by one on 75% of the days and all dropping ceases after one drop per day unless someone picks up on that day that got dropped. Now slow months like fall and January it’s historically green by a lot and it hey have to follow historical trends. In the end this is a job for most so you don’t have a ton dropping down. It just allows flexibility bc you can drop and pick up on preferred days as the month goes on. It’s a gamble because better trips may not appear and you end up flying crappier stuff than you dropped unless you don’t want a paycheck. In the end the company gets the flying covered.
