Personally, I think it's pretty awesome when senior-ish copilots out earn captains by living in base, clearing their personal schedules, and accepting all the mana from heaven that the contract allows.

Let's not screw it up for said blokes/bloke-ettes, no? While I've ZERO interest in doing that kinda living "by-my-phone-in-my-uniform" crap anymore, I don't begrudge those pilots one flipping penny. Zero inverse assignments, I'm off off for the holiday, the company is making more money than it knows what to do with (see: "stock buybacks").....this is just awesome.
