There are truly a lot of variables that come into play as with most work contracts. The NetJets contract just happens to have some newer wrinkles that aren't really found in other contracts.

Completely agree. If you want decent FDP pay, hope to get a busy/popular fleet. Clearly the Latitude is the one to get these days for new hires.
