Part of it depends on what fleet you get to start and also how quickly you get through training. If you were initially assigned the Excel/ XLS (unlikely) verses the Lattitude, you could potentially be looking at over 10K less in FDP pay per year due to average hours flown per tour per fleet that is at least partially due to less maintenance reliability in the older fleets. Also you will ovbiously make less FDP pay if training takes a long time (almost always has nothing to do with how well you train, but with hideously inefficient training scheduling). Also if you do the long tour (8 day option) option, it will effect your pay beyond just the 3% extra for allowing them to schedule you longer tours- 8 days is an extra day to get the over 12.1 hour FDP pay without actually working more days overall. You can probably count on at least 20% above base without working the system and potentially a lot more if you are willing to do a lot of extended days, assuming they are offered to you. There are truly a lot of variables that come into play as with most work contracts. The NetJets contract just happens to have some newer wrinkles that aren't really found in other contracts.
