Trust me, I'm not any happier than you guys are, about the way things have transpired around here. But, the cronic biatching and whining on this forum is not getting results. The election proved that.

And, we've tried the non-union and in-house union approach, before. We don't need to reinvent the wheel...We just need to put some new tread on it.
