I agree with DSPS. I’m about 50% on the 175 and I’ve been sitting reserve for the past two months and haven’t been called once. Training scheduling has had to add trips to my schedule to try to get me to 100 hours for consolidation before the 120 day deadline. It will only get worse when the 40-50 FOs who haven’t finished IOE hit the line.

I’m wishing I had done what 2 of my classmates did and insist on the 145 during indoc by threatening to resign. They wanted particular bases which are not served by the 175, but it would be worth insisting on the 145 for career advancement.
