Each new hire class has been sending people to PHL for quite some time now. So it is possible to get it on your initial bid. You'll be on reserve for a little so just know short call out is 2 hours from the time they call you. So if you could do that from where you live it's better than commuting.
Wouldn't hurt to apply and interview.
