It was tried last year and voted down. I fully expect it to go nowhere again this time. Not that it really matters anyway, we pilots have no say in this. If the regulators want it, it will happen...if they don't, it won't. AESA, very recently, reaffirmed their stance of opposing the age increase so I don't expect to see an increase anytime soon.
