I can opt to let scheduling adjust my schedule at their discretion (yikes), but sliding a day changes it to 5 on, 1 off, 3 on, 1 off, 4 on, 2 off, 5 on. Ouch. Or 5 on, 2 off, 3 on, 1 off, 4 on, 1 off, 5 on. Not better.
