If you fly a 12 hour flight, nine out of ten times you'll only get paid 4.85 hours for that flight. The only way you will truly get paid for that 12 hour flight is if your block pay (hours flown + DH credit) exceeds your CRT. There is no daily rig at Atlas. It's a monthly look back. CRT at Atlas is Time Away From Base divided by 4.95. Most of the time our block credit does not exceed CRT. If you have vacation or training in a month, plan on min guarantee unless you want to work a whole bunch of extra days.
