The fractionals have always been without a mandatory retirement age. It's worth getting data from them before going down this road and I hope future policy makers are open minded enough to do just that.

NetJets has a union committee devoted to cockpit issues that stem from those "unfit for duty". I also believe the average age most pilots "medical out" is around 65, although some I think approach 80 years old.

Removing a mandated retirement age is dangerous territory, however greed and arrogance have never been concerned with safety.
