He is asking you hardcore cobras to sign off on something you will eventually get for free, in exchange for a HUGE give. Divide and conquer! He is trying to save the company millions in exchange for nothing. Well as an ex-VXer, I don’t read any company email about negotiations. Also I don’t beat any drum as you alluded to in your other posts. I will only pay attention to two sections in any TA presented to the pilot group. 1 & 25 outside of Massive improvements it’s a no vote. My reps know all to well my opinions. I expect the elected representatives to toe the line and get an industry leading contract this group deserves. Or we can replace them with new blood and start over. Max, Airbii, 195/A220, I don’t care just pay me top of industry for that airframe.
